With the rapid development of domestic chip manufacturing industry, more and more companies have put forward high requirements on the cleaning process and quality of electronic products, as well as new issues on the waste water treatment and recycling of cleaning liquids. In 2020, the chip manufacturing industry installed BlueSystem manufactured by BEP Technology for the first time. Using vacuum distillation technology, the cleaning liquid containing a variety of heavy metals and organics was processed and transformed into crystal clear distilled water. The wastewater recovery rate reached 98%. The treated water quality COD/SS/BOD5 indicators were controlled below 500/400/300 mg/l, which met the design requirements of the project.
